EC REP Medical Devices and Responsible Person Cosmetic Products

At responsabletecnico.eu we have the knowledge and extensive experience to act as a Responsible Person in the European Union for a EU or non-EU cosmetic product. We also act as Medical Devices Authorised Representative EC REP for non-EU medical devices manufacturers.

We are also able to manage transport and import procedures, since we have the necessary license. We also can develop the Product Information File (PIF) for cosmetic products, the Technical File for Medical Devices and give regulatory consultancy services to achieve regulatory compliance.
